VIP Membership Guidelines

Volume Salon warmly welcomes you to our 30-day and 180-day VIP Membership program! We are thrilled to offer you an assortment of complimentary services, such as a detox, steam treatment, and top-tier conditioning treatment, as well as a complimentary trim. Please ensure to book your two complimentary services per visit in advance. Enjoy weekly services at a discounted rate. You may choose from four premium services but only two will be permitted per visit. We regret to inform you that no add-ons will be permitted on the day of service. You may purchase additional services if time permits.

Written notice of cancellation is required 30 days prior to the next scheduled draft date. Please send an email to info@volumesalontwinsburg.com. Please include your full name and date of birth. Please include the effective date of your cancellation. Any pending services will expire 90 days from the date of cancellation. Re- enrollment may vary as restrictions apply. 30-day online memberships cannot be cancelled. See refund policy for questions.

• Online refunds and returns are not accepted.
• We do not accept returns on any items delivered and received.

A Membership can be frozen with no benefits available for use, if an immediate freeze is scheduled. A Membership can also be frozen with benefits available for use, if an immediate freeze is scheduled.  Fees apply for all frozen accounts. The fee ranges from $5.00 to $10.00. 30-day online memberships cannot be frozen however accrued benefits can be used for up to 90days.

Once your membership has expired without renewal with in 1-2 days, you will have 90 days to use any services that remain. This also applies to 30-day online memberships.

Membership renewed beyond initial term. Online renewals can be purchased as 30-day memberships only. This can be done each month from the VIP membership tab in the drop down. The renewal term will begin on the Renewal Date, even if the renewal payment was pre-paid during the initial term. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. Renewal payment methods online are credit or debit. Payment plans are not available. Our 180 day membership renewal payments are processed 30 days from the date of enrollment. The due date will be determined by this date.

Auto draft is not available for 30-day online memberships. Auto draft is available for our 180-day memberships purchased at volume salon. A Membership will be suspended due to lack of payments. When a membership is suspended, the client does not have access to member benefits or accrued services. Past due payments will be required to re-enroll. This includes when a client's credit card on file has expired.
